Clients who initiate or improperly request chargebacks or dispute charges without contacting our support team first will be permanently banned from the TX3 Futures platform. In the event of a failed transaction, clients may request a receipt only after at least three business days have passed. This allows banks time to automatically resolve or reverse the payment, which usually happens within 48 to 72 business hours. If the payment remains unresolved after that period, you can request a receipt through live chat or by emailing support@tx3futures.com. TX3 Futures LLC will issue the receipt within 48 business hours after receiving your request.
